Yeah yeah, I know, I'm bad at sending pictures, sorry Mom. But hey, here's a voice recording for you!

Not a ton of unique stuff this week around, just a ton of solid work. Elder Owens and I have been really upping our work ethic, and making sure that we make every contact the best we can. We're really enjoying the work, and we've got a ton of opportunities here!

Let's look through pictures:

So there was a "New York" floormat that was in the Lahti flat's varasto... I took it and cleaned it and it is now mine because I love New York City! Behold my messy desk...

Sunday morning. Walk to church. Half an hour. Through city center. How many people did we see? Three. How many buses? One. How many cars? Seven. Yes, I counted. Man, nobody is up this early(9.30) in the morning...

Upon realizing that we have no pictures for this week, we took some blurry, fast pics on the entirely empty bus on the way home from a lesson!

Speaking of lessons, we taught a guy in Hämeenlinna, over skype! We didn't have time to make the huge trip out there, but we were able to skype and teach him an awesome discussion about the people in the Book of Mormon, and the Plan of Redemption! Loved it!

Well, that's about it for this week. Like I said, just tons of fast, awesome work. I wish I had a scripture or something to share with you this week... but my scripture study has been amazing here! I'd really encourage you to personally apply what you read/study into your own life. Trust me, it works. Love you all!

Actually, only about 8 or so. We had an extremely busy week, and we didn't catch too many pictures, but here's a few for your enjoyment:

This one's from last week, when the Sisters stole our tags...

I'm still a bit salty about that one...

And here's a good Finnish problem that my dad sent me.

As you'll see from our pictures, we haven't gotten that much snow yet(we actually haven't gotten any at all yet), but rest assured, we will soon!

Splits! I got to reunite with my beloved Äldste Ames, as well as

Elder Olsen! He's new to the mission - they came to do some awesome work here in Lahti, and we had a blast!

More splits

Aand, a few other random ones...

Lahti at night!

Elder Owens had to respond to nature's call whilst in the woods, so naturally I took a picture of myself. Narcissist, anyone?

We saw a Lotus Exige while on splits, so naturally I had to drool a little bit and take a picture.14~ months, and yes, I still love cars.

We also had interviews last night with President Aura! Sister Aura took a few pictures, so you'll probably see those on the facebook or something. I love President Aura - I talked with him especially about how I can improve my personal missionary work, and also about the Law of Consecration - I've felt very strongly in the past half-year to study that law better, and understand it more fully.

In any case, that's our week! We've honestly been hitting the streets hard and doing our best work, and I intend to keep it up! Love you all! Let me know how life's going(Because I've recently received word about an upcoming marriage among my friend circles... so it begins.)!

That sentence is true. And my calves hurt.

Let's take a look at the goofing off we've done this week(Actually, we have done a ton of work, but we did goof off. As I usually do).

Found these little wonders in a shop called Flying Tiger. Which look better?

Despite being a city, Lahti is pretty cool-lookin'!

I love my camera

This is when my studies get really intense.

How else do you begin studies, than with a huge fanfare?

The Sisters stole/swapped our tags on Sunday, so we were Sisters whilst proselyting that evening...

Funny we are.

In other news, this week's gone pretty well with the work! We've had a few awesome lessons, whether they be in homes, in the church, or on the street. We've had some funny conversations with drunk men(there was one guy, who, while barely being able to stand up straight, tried to tell me that I don't know that alcohol is bad because I've never tried it... heh heh. It's pretty fun when you get to testify about the Word of Wisdom right there to a drunk man.) We also had District Council yesterday, and I got to reunite with my lovely Elder Jordan! Didn't unfortunately take pictures due to tight train schedules, but we had a blast, and we had a district language study! I gave a sermon/angry rant about the finnish 'partitive'(it's a concept in the finnish language that doesn't exist in any way, shape, or form in english. It's weird.), and we had brownies.

I think that's our week! Things are getting colder, but our work is just getting warmed up! Hope you're all staying warm, and I hope you know that I love you! Stay strong!
