First of all: My trainer, (Elder) Daniel Scott, has officially gotten hitched.

CONGRATULATIONS, MAN!
Secondly:
These weeks just keep getting stranger and stranger. Example:
The sunsets are awesome,

We went on our roof and took a video,
Saturday night was "Mustan Pitsin Yö", which means "The Night of Black Lace." Apparently, lace is a huge thing in this town, and there's a yearly tradition, where on this one day, everyone wears... well, black lace. Needless to say, I didn't take any pictures that day.
We also found some Italian friends! Our friend Leo loves the missionaries(even though he's not a member), and spotted us in Turku a few weeks ago, and told us that he would be in Rauma this week! We stopped by their stand at the International Market a few times, and we helped them take down their stuff! (To my joy, they all agreed that I do look Italian - which is saying something, because they're actually Italian!) Unfortunately, we're still waiting for him to send that picture, but we'll be getting that soon! In the meantime, here were some of the Paninis that he made us!

He also gave us a ton of leftover material for the paninis, so I have all my lunches for about a month planned out!

"Throwing snow against the wall is unconditionally forbidden."
And then, just yesterday, we got hit with Hurricane Rauma. I'm only partially joking.

My shoes are still drying off. I'm not joking. We drove the car through water at one point to get home... the tires were completely submerged! It was awesome.
I've also started working on V-book entries for the district!

Well, I wish I had more pictures this week, but I hope you all know that I love you! I'm praying for you back at home, and I'm having so much fun being a missionary! It's wonderful, being out here, the Lord's servant, even if our efforts don't seem to add up to much in the short term, we're still on the winning side - Christ's side.
Love you all! Let me know how things are going at home!
Love,
Vanhin Bolingbroke
